Position Summary:

This position requires a high degree of motivation and a good set of coordination as well as project management skills In addition this person should possess good written and verbal communication in English and Chinese.

Scope/Supervision and Interaction:

v Report to PU manager

v Interface with functions such as- Sales, Engineering team and production team.

v Interface with outside customer to nail down the requirements .

Job Responsibility:

Assume general responsibilities to achieve successful project results on financial, quality and customer satisfaction by doing:

v Proper project planning and scheduling

v Wonderful customer satisfaction management via good communication skills and high quality deliverables

v Change management and cost control to improve project gross margin

v Reasonable legal and contract arrangement to guard host company’s interests

v Well coordinate involved functional staff and managers to synchronize efforts as a team to achieve project goals

v Effective supplier management and evaluation together with SCM team

v Precise project reporting to keep management updated on the progress

Qualifications:

v BS in Engineering or equivalent

v Abundant project management experience, with mini. 5 years Hyd. System experience, preferred with large scale system or solution business

v Over 5 years working experience of WOFE or JV is preferred

v Good communication skill in both verbal and writing English

v PMP certified is necessary

v Proficient Excel, PowerPoint and MS-Project skills

v Ability to travel 20+%, within China Region and International

2001年5月23日，中国上海液压气动总公司和丹尼逊液压有限公司的投资组建上海丹尼逊液压件有限公司。
2004年派克公司对上海丹尼逊公司进行了收购，并于2007年1月将油缸及顶升系统的设计与生产转入上海丹尼逊液压件有限公司。目前公司经营范围涉及设计、生产、组装和销售自产产品叶片泵、顶升、油缸等液压产品，并为客户提供售前和售后全方位的技术服务。
