Scope of position / Responsibilities 职责描述

Responsible for daily office documents work, such as type-in, copy, send and so on. Archives management.
负责办公室日常文案工作。如文件录入，影印，发送等。档案管理等。

Send and receive faxes and letters and newspapers.
收发传真，收发信件、报刊、文件等。

Work as operator, transfer the phone, Welcome visitors and inform relevant departments. Order the meals for the visitors if necessary
转接总机电话，接待来访客人，并通报相关部门。如有必要，为来访客人订餐。

Manage the access control system and check on work attendance.
管理门禁系统及考勤。

Manage and buy the office supplies. Manage and repair the office equipments like printer, faxer and copy machine. Be responsible for business card,
管理和购买办公用品。管理维修打印机、传真机、复印机等办公器材。负责名片印制。

Book the flight ticket and reserve the hotel for business trip and Car management and reservation
差旅酒店及机票的预定,车辆管理及预订。

Handle the invitation letter.
办理邀请函。

Arrange other matters in office
安排好办公室内其他事宜。

Other tasks the leader assigned.
其他领导指派完成的任务。

Daily personnel management (i.e. registration of overtime, vacation, working leave, etc)
日常人事管理（如：加班、假期及工作时间的统计，等）

Assist to recruitment and training;
协助招聘以及培训工作


Requirements 资质要求

- College graduation or above, major in administration management. Min. 1 years relevant experience as an administrator. Around 25 years old, female.
大专学历及以上，相关行政管理专业，具有1年以上行政工作经验。女性，25岁左右。

- Good command of administrative management skills. Be able to deal with emergency.
掌握良好的行政管理技能，具有解决突发事件的能力。

- Be familiar with MS office and good command of reading and written English.
熟悉使用办公软件并具有良好的英语读写能力。

- Good interpersonal and communication skills. Self motivated and willing to learn.
具有良好的人际交流和团队合作精神,积极主动，能独立工作。
