职位描述：

1、根据公司相关规定制定《项目执行手册》和相关流程规范，标准的指引，有效部署和传达执行任务；
2、区域和业务特色，有效指导、分配项目间资源、监控项目的具体执行状态，形成有效管理督促机制；
3、有效地控制业务项目在所辖地区的进程并保障项目完成的质量；
4、负责对项目在执行中的疑问和投诉进行答疑，并跟进解决情况；
5、通过日常的工作辅导与专项治理，保障所管理团队的正常工作；
6、负责对项目内执行成本预估及监控；
7、持续提升所管理团队的工作质量与工作效率

任职要求：
1、认真、细致和严谨的办事风格，有较强的语言组织和表达能力；
2、对数字敏感，具备清晰周密的逻辑判断力及组织能力
3、为人诚信，团队意识强
4、熟练操作办公软件：WORD/EXCEL/POWERPOINT
5、可接受全国出差或外派优先考虑
