OVERVIEW

Reporting to the Design Director, you will work on multiple packaging and corporate design projects for key client accounts, ensuring that assigned deliverables are at the highest Creative design standards and are completed on time and on budget.

You will also support smooth project transition from the design phase to the production phase.

You have:

? 6+ years creative experience in packaging
? Experience delivering great creative for global and local clients with international flair
? Experience working in a fast-paced, multinational client and team environment
? Experience in or exposure to art roll-out and production
? The drive to develop and grow your skills as well as the skills of your team
? Good Mandarin and good English

Education & Certifications
? College / Graduate degree (e.g. Bachelor of Arts) or similar.

Experience
? Proven Packaging / Corporate Design experience in a Creative Design Agency.
? Proven track record providing creative for global and local clients in the Chinese market.

Skills & Abilities
? Good English and ideally strong Mandarin
? Deep understanding of effective creative design practices, trends, techniques, and processes across various touchpoints.
? Strong understanding and uptake of assigned clients’ brands, products, and services.
? Good communication skills (written, verbal).
? Experience in or exposure to art roll-out and production.
? Good software skills, e.g. Keynote, Adobe Creative Suite.
? Able to adapt to the requirements of various client accounts.
? Ability to work well in a team environment, to handle a heavy workload, to prioritize work, and to meet assigned deadlines.
? Ability and willingness to work effectively with people of all levels.
