1）美术设计、广告设计或相关专业毕业；5年广告公司工作经验
2）具备良好的设计理念好扎实的美术功底，有一定的手绘能力，思维活跃，富有创造力
3）能独立完成平面行销各阶段的平面设计，广告表现感染力强
4）有出色的创意表现能力和色彩运用力
5）良好的沟通能力和协调能力、有强烈的工作责任心及团队合作能力
6）熟练运用coreldraw/photoshop/illustrator等平面设计软件
