The Role:

• To be the first point of contact for all incoming enquiries for Regus business, products, and services.
• To handle all enquiries effectively, with a sales-focused mindset, with the goal of booking a sales tour or converting the call to a sale on the spot.
• To meet and exceed the sales targets as assigned and to ensure all enquiries are followed-up on by the Sales Managers.

If you possess the following qualifications:

• Minimum 1 years of strong experience working in a sales call center or a telesales role
• Excellent communication skills (both in oral and written) in Mandarin and good in English
• Excellent team player and ability & passion to sell over the phone with excellent convincing capability
• Ability to multi task and to meet deadlines while keeping a can do attitude
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel) and CRM systems.
• High school certificate / Diploma qualification
