专业能力：
1、识别风险能力：能够有效识别现有控制环境风险和重大控制缺陷。
2、访谈沟通能力：能够顺畅并有效地与中高级人员进行访谈沟通，并做好记录。
3、理解分析能力：能够对穿行测试中获取的所有信息进行梳理归集，分析重要控制环节，并形成书面记录。
4、执行能力：能够按照审计计划对控制的执行进行测试，识别控制缺陷，能够在指导下完成内部审计专项报告。
5、学习能力：能够主动学习，自我提高。

其他能力：
-Ability to work independently and within a team environment
-Excellent oral and written communication and analytical skills
-Ability to relate well to people from all levels of seniority (eg. staff members, mid level and high
level management staff)

工作职责：
-Work with control process owners to assess the current control environment and identify areas of control weakness / gaps
-Assist to create control documentation to meet internal and external auditor needs (e.g., flowcharts, control matrices)
-Perform control testing across the business and help to assess design and operating control failures, recommend cost effective remediation plans
-Facilitate required remediation and support functional areas to ensure control gaps are adequately addressed aligned to completion dates.
-Assist with development and communication of corporate policies and procedures,
-Perform special projects or other job-related duties as assigned.

岗位要求：
-Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business or related field
-At least 3 years of public accounting, internal audit, or general business experience
-Big 4 plus in-house experience preferred or pure Big 4 experience with SOX exposure, IT system audit experience preferred.
-CPA, CIA or equivalent preferred
-Knowledge of SOX requirement and US GAAP
-Fluent in both Mandarin and English
