Functional safety tasks

The safety manager (SaM) assumes at least the following tasks:

？ Identification, planning, coordination, and monitoring of the activities as shown in the safety

process.

？ Planning of the resources for the activities as shown in the safety process.

？ Coordination of activities, milestones, and interfaces with project management.

？ Campaigning for safety issues towards customers (OEM), suppliers, project panels, and the Group.

？ Documentation of results

？ Change assessment in terms of safety prior to implementation.

？ Implementation of safety analyses

？ Development of the safety concept (functional and technical)

？ Implementation and testing of the safety concepts in development activities (e.g. system

development, electronics development, SW development, testing).

？ Tool qualification

？ Implementation of a safety audit with required independence

Qualification:

The persons are in possession of the following qualifications or must be trained appropriately:

？ Project management knowledge

？ Experience in the application of systems (e.g. steering, axle, transmission, etc.)

？ Technology experience (electronics, software, mechatronics, ….)

？ Knowledge of methods and analyses

？ Experience regarding the functional safety of the applied technology

？ Knowledge of the relevant standards and laws

？ Communicativeness and the ability to work in a team

任职要求：

1、大学本科及以上；

2、英语听说读写熟练，能良好运用德语者优先；

3、具有良好的沟通能力；

4、有汽车/制造业功能安全控制工作经验者优先。
