Role
This position will be process champion of company accounts. The person needs to understand clearly clients’ process to ensure the oneness of the process.

Duties and Responsibilities
1. Establish SH SOP system, such as documentation, records, and establishes rules to ensure process integrity.
2. Supervise QC department for service improvement to reach customer satisfaction level.
3. Develop workflow / documentation in Shanghai.
4. Ensure RFT 99% is reached for all accounts.

Qualifications
1. 5 years above Internal auditor / External auditor experiences.
2. Experiences in ISO certification is an add-on
3. Bachelor degree or above
4. Fluent in English and Chinese
