职位描述
Job description:
1 Installation and commissioning of HEKUMA Automation systems and peripheral systems (third parties supply);
2 Self-contained execution of final acceptance tests (SAT) on site with the customer;
3 Self-contained execution of service assignments (maintenance,troubleshooting,repair) within China and potentially in Asia or worldwide;
4 Start-up and initial production assistance for newly installed automation systems;
5 Training of local customer staff(mechanical,electrical,operation,maintenance) at office of on site;
6 Telephone support for the office;
7 After-hour hotline response and support;
8 Technical support of HEKUMA Automation systems at exhibitions and events;
9 Based in Shanghai (office provided);
10 Extensive travel in China required as well as frequent visits to HEKUMA Headquarter in Munich,Germany.
Required Skills:
1 Successful completes technical education,if possible for electronics and mechanics;
2 High level of commitment,systematic ways for working,customer oriented thinking and acting;
3 Experinece and skills obtained in servicing complex machines and automation systems ;
4 Excellent understanding and knowledge of mechanics,pneumatics,electrics and software (Siemens S7,of advantage:Allen Bradley and/or Bechkhoff);
5 Experience with linear and / or multi-axis robots;
6 If possible,experience and network in the Chinese plastics industry sector;
7 Ability to understand technically complex machines including robots;
8 Fluent English in speak and writing, German of advantage;
9 Understanding of the differences between European and Chinese culture;
10 Knowledge of local rules, regulations and laws in regards to import of machinery and spare parts into China;
11 Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office);
12 Loyalty towards HEKUMA;
