职位描述

Specific Duties and Responsibilities of the Job:

Follow company's recruiting policy and procedure, ensure proper implementation from interview to reference check, extend offer until associates on board

Take care full recruitment process including resume folder sorting, new associate physical check , notice to related department, public announcement.

Maintain joining record and internal transfer record and internal job posting

Prepare recruitment related reports as organization charts, headcount movement report etc.

Maintain job description warehouse complete and updated

Manage internal transfer process

Responsible for new associate first day orientation together with C&B associate

Responsible for recruitment advertisement and maintain relation with different recruitment channel and monitor the efficiency

Understand the market, collect and analyze people resource in the market to support the business

Knowledge/Skills/Attributes/Other requirements:

University graduate in HRM / Business Adm. discipline preferred with min. 3 years of relevant experience

Proven skills in candidate selection, phone screen, interview, reference check and other recruiting administration duties

Familiar with Statistics capturing preferred

Able to handle confidential matters and issues

Cultural diverse and mature individual who can communicate and interact with different levels of individual

Able to work under pressure with high level work ethics and integrity

Above average proficiency in both written & spoken English skills

High proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
