岗位要求
1. At least 2 years' working experience in process engineering;
2. Excellent problem solving and organization skill.
3. Master degree or above in Chemical Engineering, or Chemistry, or Materials Engineering;
4. Strong background in project management, statistics and quality tools is preferred;
5. Familiar with nano-particle dispersion, and surface treatment is a plus;
6. Strong teamwork spirit;
7. Strong communication skill and good English skills.
8. Familiar with Auto CAD;
主要工作职责
1. Independently organize, and complete major engineering projects;
2. Establish process engineering development protocols, ensure smooth and successful product scale ups;
3. Responsible for high volume production requirements, including hardware, equipment, and optimized processes.
4. Organize investigations of production abnormal events, and performance excursions;
5. Cooperate with RD/QA, provide continuous improve plan (CIP) for manufacturing quality and improve manufacturing efficiency.
6. Product Development Planning review, scaling up, production capacity and manufacturing evaluation, and quality improvements;
7. Optimize process engineering to achieve annual goals;
8. Be responsible for key projects as defined and required by the company.
