Responsibilities

- Be in charge of CQ team routine management.
- 负责CQ人员日常管理工作
- Hire, Train and develop junior staff, retain the talent.
- 招聘，培训和发展初级职员，留住人才。
- Continue improve customer complain ratio work with external and internal team on issue resolving.
- 推动内/外部团队针对客户抱怨的问题进行处理，持续改善客户投诉不良率。
- Establish CS/product safety framework base on the systems requirement and company policy.
- 根据质量体系及公司政策建立CS管理工作
- Perform internal audits to ensure the process according to quality requirement. Pass through customer audit, Satisfy customer requirement
- 进行内部审核以确保过程符合质量要求。接受并通过客户审核，满足客户需求。
- Customer communication and satisfaction rate improvement.
- 定期客户沟通及满意度的提升
- Leading on customer auditing, material preparation, reporting and follow up the effectiveness of actions.
- 负责处理客户稽核及相关材料准备，报告及后期措施有效性验证。


Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or plus in Engineering. More than 5 years' experience of manufacturing quality, better in international company
- 工科背景，学士或以上学历。5年以上的制造企业质量工作经验，有在跨国企业工作经验更佳
- Be expert with ISO9001, TS16949. The qualified auditor will be plus.
- 精通ISO9001，TS16949。内审员优先。
- Good English and communication skill.
- 良好的英文和沟通能力。
- Familiar with project management tools, well experienced to lead-quality improvement programs
- 熟悉项目管理工具，有丰富的领导质量改善项目的经验。
- Familiar with SPC FMEA, MSA, 8D
- 熟悉SPC，FMEA，MSA，8D等质量工具。
- Strong leadership and teamwork.
- 较强的领导力和团队协调能力。
