职位描述
Responsibilities and Accountabilities
-To be acquainted with the Project Master Schedule for the assigned project.
熟知本人负责项目的项目总体计划。
-To manage contract projects, target on in time delivery, customer satisfaction, as well as budgeted margin.
管理合同项目，以实现按时交付、客户满意、及项目的预算盈利目标。
-To organize and lead the regular project reviews on all aspects (schedule, process, budget, documentation submissions, and payment) and to report the findings.
参加定期项目会议(包括计划、进度、预算、文件移交、付款情况等内容),汇报发现的情况。
-To organize and coordinate with the related departments especially the Manufacturing Department, Procurement Department, transportation agent and to propose the best solution for the assigned project to ensure the authority of the Project Master Schedule and the Budget when some delay and over-budget happen.
如本人负责的项目发生供应商延迟交货或预算超支,与各部门,特别是制造部、采购部门及运输商,进行协调,建议最佳解决方案,确保项目总体计划及预算的 权威 性。
-To obtain, review and co-ordinate with related departments especially the Technical Department, Quality Department the establishment of the contractual documents and submit it timely to the Customer for the assigned project.
获取、审核并与有关部门,特别是技术部及质量部。协调本人负责项目的合同文件,并及时提交给客户。
-To be the correspondent with the Customers for the assigned project.
与本人负责项目的客户保持联系。
-To ensure that project invoices are raised without delay and overdue debts are kept to the minimum.
确保项目及时开票,并将过期应收帐款控制在最低水平。
-To manage project changes - ensure that project extras required by the Customer are covered by formal variation to order
管理项目变更 - 确保客户提出的关于项目的额外要求被包括在正式的合同更改条款中。
-To report to the immediate manager as frequently as required on project progress and to produce the reports for the assigned project.
经常性向直接主管领导汇报主管项目进度并编写工作报告。
-To implement the efficient and result-orientated method (project schedule, cost, MRP II) in daily work.
在日常工作中使用有助于提高工作效率和效果的方法(如项目进度计划、成本控制、 MRPII等)。
-To safeguard the interests of the JV Company and to maximise financial benefit where possible.
尽可能维护合资公司利益,为公司创造最大财务收益。
-To collect, organize, and maitain Contract data & Documents (schedule, cost, manufacturing progress, payment status) is kept fully up to date for the assigned project and reportable when required.
收集，组织，并维护项目合同数据与文件(进度计划、成本、生产进度、付款情况)是最新的准确的,并随时可供汇报。
-To be responsible for the cash-collection.
负责资金回笼。
-All other reasonable duties requested by the immediate manager, Employee Handbook and JV Company Management.
完成直接主管领导、合资公司管理层安排的或是员工手册规定的其他合理工作。
Educational Requirements
College graduate or above, major in engineering
本科及以上学历，工科背景
Experience
- 2+ years working experiences in power generation industry or electricity related area.
具备电力行业或相关行业工作经验
- With 2+ years of project / contract management experiences
具有项目管理和合同执行方面的经验
- Good written and oral English
良好的英语口语及写作能力
- Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills
微软Office套件应用及基本的电脑技能
- Strong ability of communication and negotiation
良好的沟通和谈判技巧
- Willing to travel domestically & abroad as needed in project execution
