To Comprehend tanking drawing，can use tooling for tanking

理解总装图纸，掌握总装工装和工具的使用

To be able to receive materials from warehouse according the drawing

能够按图纸去仓库领料

Qualified with crimping and shield wrapping

具备压接、屏蔽纸包扎资格

To be able to Fasten yoke band ,bolts, etc

器身紧固包括铁芯绑带、螺栓等

To select appropriate hydraulic cylinder of Pressing coil stack r

选用合适的液压头压紧线圈组

To adjust gaps on coil stack

调整线圈组上端压装间隙

To locate device operation in Assemble Active part upper and make active part into tank

器身上部定位操作油箱操作以及入油箱操作

To assembly CT to turret

电流互感器安装到升高座

To make sealing gasket for tank and conservator

能够制作油箱、储油柜密封件

To assembly tanking part including pipes、valves、accessories and auxiliary

油箱装配，安装包括各种管道、阀门、附件、组件

To do leakage test after oil filling

注油后变压器检漏

Requirements

Special School graduate or above

职校以上学历

Crane driver qualification

行车操作证

Good team work spirit

Tanking operator LEVEL I is referred to person who has 4-7 year working experiences in transformer manufacturing
