Responsibilities

·Responsible for tests validation (including safety validation) for a dedicated project / products

·Participate to validation test plan and resource estimation

·Participate to System Requirements analysis and review and Product Specification testability,

·Responsible for identification of tests cases and tests procedures, scenarios and scripts development

·Responsible for mentoring junior tests engineers in conducting formal validation

·Responsible for execution of validation tests cases and reporting of results and defects

·Responsible for preparation and execution of acceptance

·Participate to global validation process definition and maintenance

·Act as the validation leader of the group normally with several validation engineers or junior engineers

involved in the dedicated project and coach the team members on the technical competence improvement

·As a mentor for one or more fresh graduates

·Statistic and report the hours and costs to the project managers for the validation activities who is

responsible for.

Requirements:

·University degree or above in Electrical/Electronics/Software Engineering or related area (Masters Degree a

plus).

·Must have a minimum five years of tests and/or engineering experience, preferably digital protection relay,

measurement or control devices in electrical power automation.

·Must have solid working knowledge of electronics product validation tests processes, experience in tests

specification and execution in real time designs from specification documents.

·Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to write professional and technical

reports and procedures.

·Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.

·Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

·Demonstrates a high degree of personal and professional integrity..
