The Business Manager is responsible for achieving the sales goal by exploring the market, establishing and maintaining good customer relationship,offering best service to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Account management for existing business

- Timely tracking, feedback and communication with customer

- Maintain good relationship with customers

- Cost reduction activities

2. New Business acquisition

- Prepare and submit quotation; price negotiation

- Follow up from initiation of quotation process through product launch

- Explore potential market and OEM customers; establish new customer network

- Sell new products and value added products

3. Market intelligence

- Develop customers sales/business plan to achive sales target

- Perform competitors analysis

4. Credit control

- Ensure good account receivable performance

Expected skills & qualifications:

1. University Graduate or Above, major in automation/engineering or marketing is preferred;

2. At least 5 years sales experience in auto components company; auto interior experience is preferred

3. Familiar with automotive quality and supplier validation system such as PPAP, APQP and etc.

4. Strong communication and negotiation skills; strong presentation skills.

5. Good spoken and written English
