Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Technical Interface between internal customer AL China Business Developer, Technical Directors and the ALENSA SH for development of gasification proposals by a common approach

- Development of optimized process scheme for the gasification island (including all required process units) based on Sales strategy (OPEX, CAPEX, integration, etc.)

- During the process solution development ensure that the selected solution is done based on technology evaluation, development and optimization of process flow schemes and economics evaluation.

- Ensuring validation of selected process scheme by relevant E&C authority (ex. design authority, Technology director, etc.)

- Ensure the definition/coherence and all parties common understanding of proposal Scope of Plant, including for third party technologies, in line with Customer’s expectations : scope and split of services, scope of supply, scope of construction/start-up

- Internal coordination of proposals’ or part of proposals’, preparation in line with the overall process optimization, within process, technology, engineering and estimation department

- Preparation/review of the technical proposals documents for gasification projects in line with E&C internal project review milestones

- Active approach to ensure the coherence between all deliverables

- Be the contact for the management/team

- Be the representative of the company to the Outside – Customer/partner

- Coordinate, supervise and lead the team involved in the proposal preparation and ensure the coherence between all involved parties

- When needed, coordination of proposals preparation for gasification projects with external partners, such as gasification technology providers, in line with the defined commercial strategy and proposal schedule to meet the internal customer expectations

- Maintain regular respectful (both sides) communication with (internal, external) customer so as to orient the solution development when integrating decision criteria and strategy agreed with Sales

- Actively Support Sales (E&C and Group) during the meetings with Customer when bring the technical expertise in terms of solution, project execution, reliability, maintenance, operation excellence etc. in line with Sales strategy

- Is in charge of the transfer of the project from proposal phase to execution phase. Support the project team with preparation of technical part of the contract with customer, with clarifications and negotiations with the Customer, once the contract is awarded

- Support the project execution when ensuring coordination with third party technology providers up to the Basics Design is fixed (if required by Technology department)

- Capitalization on on-going proposals / projects (internal and external) to contribute to the definition of standard proposal, scope split and contractual exhibits and share within the organization.

- Develop and maintain the database of the gasification technologies providers and other external partners including clear selection criteria and preliminary OPEX information

- Ensure proper document management in respective appropriate folder on internal network drives

- Keeping himself/herself up to date about the development and on-going projects in the field of Gasification Island (Gasification, Syngas Cleaning and Treatment) and other alternative technologies/path for production, cleaning and treatment of Syngas (inside and outside of E&C, particularly competitors projects/strategies) and reporting about the status on regular basis to his/her management, relevant function and respective markets

- Other ad hoc tasks required by line manager
Qualifications
？ Education: University Degree Chemical Engineering (min. 4 years), Master Degree is advantage.
？ Training & Certificate: Training courses in its Field.
？ Working Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience in AL Engineering activities or in Chemical Industry in process execution or project development position linked to process/technology development, mainly for coal transformation projects and/or for downstream of coal transformation projects
？ Foreign Language:
English skills in speaking, reading and writing;
Ability to communicate with overseas experts, to work in international company/multicultural environment
？ Knowledge & Know-how: Knowledge of process execution for several different units and/or complex process solution development, interest in technologies,
o familiar with AL large industry management system is advantage
o chemical conversion market (CTX, GTX) technical knowledge is advantage (players, available technologies and their advantages/ disadvantages)
？ Others:

Team work and strong coordination capabilities within transversal management, Target oriented

？ Ability for domestic- and overseas traveling several times per month
