Responsibilities will include:
? Analyze the processes of school operation in order to determine how these processes can be done more efficiently and effectively.
? Collect data and perform research to gain business needs in order to measure the effectiveness of the current practices.
? Identify inefficiencies and determine solutions.
? Write and own process guideline.
? Assist in the implementation of process changes.
? Measurable continuous process improvement.

Qualifications:
? Bachelors degree
? Fluency in English, both on speaking and writing
? Education industry work experience is preferred
? International work experience in China, Russia and Indonesia is preferred.
