CG Supervisor

职位概要：
有丰富的经验及管理能力针对CG项目建模到最终渲染从艺术及技术方面做到质量监控并顺利完成项目。协助制作团队与Producer沟通，确保任务的合理分配，并负责项目在风格及质量满足标准的情况下顺利完成
The Ideal candidate is artistic and technically driven with experience managing all aspects of CG production, from Modeling through to Final Render. Communicating directly with the producing team and Producer, will act as the Producer’s CG representative to the production staff, ensuring that tasks are assigned, understood and completed, as per instructed, in order to maintain the quality and style as established.

工作职责：
1)运用丰富的经验技术协助所有CG项目在合理的时间及成本的预算下完成高质量的作品。
Technically interpret the Director’s vision to the CG departments, ensuring that the highest quality of work is achieved within the parameters of the schedule and budget
2)排除并解决项目中遇到的风险及问题，确保项目在规定期限及客户要求内完成。
Reporting any concerns with deliverables, performance or ability of any personnel in order to meet contracted requirements and deadlines
3)管理CG部门，提供明确的方向和强有力的领导，制定明确的目标，监测其进度和结果
Manage all CG departments by providing clear direction and strong leadership, setting clear objectives, monitoring their process, progress and results
4)制订并维护有效的工作方法及流程
Determining, modifying and maintaining the most effective and efficient technical approach and workflow
5)协助其他部门开发新技术改善工作流程
Assist the Department Leads with researching, developing, and implementing new techniques
6)协助建立CG团队，并针对团队制定发展及评估绩效
Implement team building, career development, and performance reviews for all CG departments
7)内部培训，提高团队技术能力及艺术涵养
Mentoring and training as necessary
8)帮助招募建立CG团队
Participation in employee recruitment and interviews

岗位要求
学历要求：全日制统招本科或以上
语言要求：普通话/英语
年龄要求：30以上
总工作年限：10年以上
职位要求：
1)5年以上在电影及CGI相关行内制作经验
5 years of professional production experience in feature film or CGI work
2) 3年以上任职过技术总监或领队，制作中大型的影视或游戏项目的工作经验。
3-year minimum successful experience as a senior TD with leadership responsibilities
3)熟希并了解所有CG制作领域
Shows great understanding in most CG production areas, i.e. rendering techniques, shader development, scripting, effects design, lighting, character set up, etc.
4)精通以Maya为主的CG软件，熟练使用相关插件或辅助软件，并对程序编辑的原理和应用有一定了解
Extensive knowledge of computer animation packages – Maya, 3Delight preferred
5)能做出有效的判断及决策并解决问题
Must be a skilled decision maker, problem solver and an exceptional communicator
6)有团队组织协调能力，有责任心、分析和统筹能力
Must have a positive, team approach and be able to work well with a wide range of personality types
7)熟悉影视动画的生产流程(Pipeline)、渲染农场的搭建、尖端三维设备的发展趋势和优劣性能Understanding the pipeline of CG project, build the render farm and the sophisticated of 3D equipment
8)有良好的艺术感觉，包括色彩，构图等
Have a good sense of art, including color, composition, etc.

薪酬福利
职位年薪：20-30万
薪资构成：底薪
