现场经理

Site Manager

职能范围:

SCOPE:

全面贯彻和落实公司EHS 政策措施；

Fulfill company’s EHS policy;

根据相关合同规定以及设备安装管理规范要求对现场进行有效的管理和控制；

Effectively manage and control all activities on site in strict accordance to the scope and terms of

contract as well as the telated equipments erection/installation standard;

根据项目经理制定的项目进展计划，协调、督促、监督现场的各项工作；

Considering project manager’s schedule, coordinate, supervise all the work at site.

主要职责：

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.项目执行

Project Executive

项目开工前的现场考察、检查，提出相关报告和完善建议并督促责任方按要求及时完成；

Inspecting, check before the site started, and report, advise and supervise the responsible parter to fulfill in

time;

按设备安装现场管理规范和要求落实现场设施建设，为正式开工作好准备；

According to the request of the management specification of equipment setting up on site, starting the site

construction and prepare everything ready for the erection work;

办理相关的开工手续等；

Started for the relevant formalities;

建立工作台账，负责填写工作日志；

Establish a working diary, responsible for completing work logs;

代表公司在现场对到货的货物进行接收等并签署相关文档；

On behalf of the company in the field to receive the goods on arrival and sign such documents;

及时汇报现场项目进展情况并提交书面周报告；

Reporting of the progress of the project site and submit a written weekly report in time;

提前发现现场缺漏件并及时通知项目经理；

Gaps found in pieces in advance and notify the project manager;

根据项目经理指示或/和现场监造要求，组织实施相关施工改造方案等；

According to project manager instructions and / or on-site supervision requirements, organization and

implementation of reform programs related to construction;

根据项目经理指示采购或/和分包加工现场缺漏件等

According to project manager’s instructions to purchase and / sub-processing the missing parts on site

参加业主召集的项目相关会议，组织召开现场各方参加的必要的协调会议；

Participate in project-related meetings convened by the owners, the organization of the parties to

participate in the necessary field coordination meetings;

负责向相关项目管理部门或地方政府相关职能部门取得项目执行过程中的阶段性检验报告等；

Responsible for project management to the relevant department or local government to obtain the relevant

functional departments of the project implementation stage in the process of inspection reports;

协助项目经理组织落实设备性能测试、设备验收、设备移交等工作；

Organize the implementation of equipment to assist the project manager for performance testing,

equipment inspection, equipment transfer, etc.;

必要时外方监造现场日常的翻译工作；

The interpretion/translation works for site supervisor when necessary or required;

2.现场成本的控制；

On-site cost control;

项目经理或公司安排的其他临时工作；

Other temporary work arranged by the project manager/the management;

3.安全管理

Security Management

现场经理是现场安全的第一责任人，负责落实公司EHS 政策规定在现场的具体贯彻落实；

On-site manager is primarily responsible for site safety, the company responsible for the implementation

of EHS policies and regulations to implement the site-specific;

建立和落实现场安全规章，负责安全措施的完善；

Establishment and implementation of on-site safety regulations, safety measures for improvement;

每天现场安全工作的巡检和记录，及时发现和纠正安全隐患，确保不发生安全事故；

Daily work-site safety inspection and records to detect and correct potential safety problems, to ensure that

no security incidents;

及时记录和报告安全事故（如发生）；

Recording and reporting security incidents (such as occurred) in time;

进度和质量管理

Progress and quality management

根据项目经理制定的项目进展总体计划分解各阶段具体实施措施，并负责落实；

According to project manager to develop the overall progress of the project implementation plan of

specific measures for the various stages of decomposition, and is responsible for implementation;

监督和控制现场工作进程，并保证现场工作不拖期；

Supervision and control of field work process, and to ensure that site work is not tardy;

按相关质量标准和要求对现场工作质量（如焊接等）进行严格控制；

According to the relevant quality standards and requirements on-site quality of work (such as welding,

etc.) strictly controlled;

4.协调和沟通

Coordination and communication

积极与现场参与项目的各方进行全面细致的沟通交流，努力使各方在项目目标上达到高度一致；

Actively with the parties involved in the project site to conduct a comprehensive and detailed

communication, efforts to make the parties reach a high degree of consensus on project objectives;

通过细致的工作，努力实现现场各方的相互理解和支持，努力创造良好的工作氛围，保持和谐的

工作关系；

Through painstaking work, and strive to achieve on-site mutual understanding and support of all parties,

efforts to create a good working atmosphere, to maintain harmonious working relationships;

必要时根据项目经理要求和安排，与其他现场以外的相关方（如技术部门，供应商等）就具体事

5.资料管理

Data Management

负责现场安装所需的各种技术和商务资料的管理，保证不遗失、不缺损；

Responsible for the site to install the required technical and business documentation management, to

ensure no loss, no defects;

及时收集并存档各种过程记录文件、检验检测记录、会议纪要、各种报告等；

Collection and archiving of the process of recording documents, inspection records, meeting minutes,

reports, etc. timely;

负责交工资料的汇总准备；

Responsible for preparation of all the handover documentation;
