岗位职责：
Job responsibility:
1. 负责执行公司的质量方针，参与编制项目质量、环境、职业安全与健康管理计划，负责质量体系的现场运行；
In charge of executing company’s quality policy, participate in preparing project quality/environment/occupational safety & health management plan, and responsible for quality system execution on site;
2. 严格执行国家、行业及地方的规范、标准和规程及企业各项质量管理制度，行使质量否决权，确保项目总体和阶段质量目标的实现；
Strictly execute national, industrial and local specification, standard, regulation and each enterprise quality control system, perform veto on quality, to ensure an overall and phase project quality target is achieved.
3. 在项目经理的授权下，全面负责项目质量检查监督工作；督促分承包方建立有效的质量管理体系并监督其有效运行；指导分包方现场质量管理；
Overall responsible for inspecting & supervising project quality authorized by project manager; to urge sub-contractor to establish a good quality control system and manage effectively to guide sub-contractor on site quality control;
4. 按工程形象进度，分阶段提出质量控制要点并组织落实；参与编制过程识别与控制书，对特殊和关键过程实施全过程跟踪检查；
Draw up a phased quality control key-point and organize implementation based on project schedule; take part in written quality control compilation and identification, and execute whole follow-up inspection for special & key process;
5. 结合工程实际情况制定质量通病预防措施；
Develop prevention measures for common quality defects based on actual site condition;
6. 对潜在不合格隐患发出整改通知；
Issue a rectification notice for potential quality matter;
7. 对工程质量状况及存在问题，提出有效的纠正和预防措施；
Propose effective corrective and preventive measure for construction quality and existing problems;
8. 监督施工过程、物资的使用及检验结果，参与进货检验监督，过程试验监督；
Monitor construction process, material use and inspection result, and involve stock inspection & supervision and process test control;
9. 参与编制质量教育规划并组织实施，加强分承包方的质量意识；
Participate in drawing up quality education plan and arrange implementation, enhance quality awareness of sub-contractor;
10. 参与质量事故的报告、调查、分析、处理工作，并跟踪检查，直至达到要求；
Involve making report, investigation, analysis and management concerning quality accidents, and conduct follow-up inspection to meet requirement;
11. 组织、召集检验批、分项、分部（子分部）工程及样板的质量验收与讲评工作，并负责资料申报工作；
Organize quality acceptance and commenting of inspection lot, partial or itemized project and mock up, be responsible for material submittals;
12. 牵头负责质量报验、结构验收、竣工验收、竣工备案资料的编制工作；建立各类质量台帐；编制、上报质量月报，保证公司总部对项目质量状况有及时、全面的了解;
Take lead to be in charge of quality inspection, structural acceptance, completion acceptance, drawing up completion filing data; build various quality standing book; write and submit monthly quality report, to ensure a timely overall master from the headquarter to construction quality condition;
13. 参加工程结构验收和竣工验收；
Involve construction structural and completion acceptance;
14. 参与工程质量管理全过程（包括创优）音像资料的记录、保存工作。
Involve recording and storing audio-visual information during whole quality control process (including creating excellence).

任职资格 :
Job qualifications:
1. 学历及专业要求：建筑工程相关专业，大专以上学历；
Education: majored in architecture engineering and relevant field, college degree or above;
2. 所需资格证书：质量员岗位证书；初级以上专业技术职称；
Qualification: quality engineer certificate; junior or above professional technical title;
3. 工作经验：特大型工程项目： 6 年以上工程管理经验；大型工程项目： 5 年以上工程管理经验；中型工程项目： 3 年以上工程管理经验；小型工程项目： 2 年以上工程管理经验；
Job experience: mega project: 6-year above engineering management experience; large construction project: 5-year above construction management experience; medium-sized project: 3-year above engineering management experience; small project: 2-year above construction management experience;
4. 知识要求：熟知国家在工程建设质量管理方面的法律、法规，及公司项目管理方面的各项规章制度，及施工中质量管理的相关知识；
Knowledge: know very well in laws, regulations on engineering construction quality monitoring, and various regulations concerning company project management, also relevant knowledge about construction quality control;
5. 技能要求：较熟练的计算机操作技能；
Skills: skilled in using PC as operation;
6. 能力要求：具有较强的组织指导和协调能力；
Capability: strong organization, guidance and coordination ability;
7.中英语能力：听、说、读、写优秀者优先考虑；
Chinese and English competence：excellent oral and written English skills are preferred;
8. 个性要求：严谨务实；善于沟通，果断，忠诚敬业
Personality: serious and pragmatic; good at communication, decisive, loyal and devoted
