I. SHORT JOB DESCRIPTION

- Ensure the operations activities for Friction system line at the location of Metco Shanghai. The area of responsibility includes managing of processes, such as work preparation execution, quality control in sampling and production.
- Keep close contact with PLM to define the process and implement the working procedures. Ensure a smooth production with quality satisfaction defined; carry out sampling and normal production, support to sales teams.

II. AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

1. Main tasks
- Prepare and implement production operation procedures(tooling, WI, equipment etc.); 准备和执行生产运作程序（包括工装，工作指示，检验仪器等）
- Work together with planner on production planning and material purchasing to achieve production task; 和计划员一起制定生产计划、物料采购以完成生产任务;
- Work closely with PLM to define & document the process and work flow in regards of quality, performance, cost and Lean; 和生产线经理密切配合，在考虑质量、性能、成本和精益生产的前提下，制定工艺流程;
- Work closely with PLM to debug and record the process parameter of mass production, get feedback to analyse and improve the process;和生产线经理密切配合，对生产中所需的工艺参数分析，并改进工艺;
- Define or design the production equipment, tooling and consumable; supporting purchase production related material, and consumable; 定义或设计生产过程所需的工装夹具及设备、耗材资源等，支持采购生产相关的原材料及耗材;
- Ensure products in good quality and on time delivery; 确保产品产品质量及准时交货;
- Train the production team including shift leaders & workers; 培训生产相关人员，包括生产领班和操作员;
- Kaizen & improvement of the production, LEAN concept implementation 生产的改善和改进，实现精益生产
- Other technical responsibilities as required. 其它必需的技术职责。

2. Supporting tasks
- Work with Application Engineer for new product development 与应用工程师一起开发新产品
- Work with Maintenance Engineer for machinery maintenance to ensure a good production condition配合设备维护部门进行日常的设备维护保养工作;

3. Miscellaneous
- Assist Production Line Manager in general functions 产线经理安排的其他工作

III. SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND CAPABILITIES

1. Education/studies
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Mechanical & Electrical Integration

2. Professional experience
- At least four years of production experience in manufacturing
- Detail understanding of production management and manufacturing process
- Familiar with AutoCAD and TS16949
- Knowledge of 5S management

3. Further training and development
- R & D in material a plus
- ERP system knowledge a plus
- Knowledge of PLC and foreign equipment a plus

4. Miscellaneous
- English, written and verbal
- Good teamwork spirit and communication skills
- Strong self-leaning skills.
