职位描述
岗位职责：
1.负责开拓目标市场，根据并分析客户的需求制定合理的投资产品，提供投资服务。
2.分析客户的理财需求，帮助客户指定资产配置方案，并提供理财建议。
3.负责与客户进行业务联络和沟通，维护客户关系。
4.收集并整理客户信息，根据客户需要，提供具体解决方案。
5.负责客户回访，及时掌握客户需要，了解客户状态。
职位要求：
1. 本科或以上学历，营销、管理、金融等专业优先考虑。
2. 具有敏锐的市场洞察力和准确的客户分析能力，能够有效开发客户资源。
3. 具有良好的客户沟通、人际交往及维系客户关系的能力。
4. 有良好的敬业精神、职业道德和个人信誉。
5. 有广泛的社会关系网络和客户人脉资源，具有开发大客户经验者优先。
Job responsibilities:
1 responsible for the development of the target market, according to the analysis of customer needs and formulate a reasonable investment products, to provide investment services.
2 Analysis of the customer's financial needs, to help customers to specify the asset allocation strategy, and provide financial advice.
3 responsible for business liaison and communication with customers, maintaining customer relationships.
