Position Title: IT Supervisor
Reports to: IT Manager
Subordinates: N/A
Location: Beijing, Shanghai

Job Goals:

? Make sure all Hardware and Software in our company are at the latest release
? Co work with IT Manager to planning, design and implementation, and technical support to build a corporate network, ensuring stability and security of information systems
? Plan, direct and manage IT vendors to support the company goal and objectives
? Make sure Global IT policy fulfilled with in Alfa Aesar Asia

Main Responsibilities:

? Plan for and perform both routine and non-routine installation/configuration and implementation of major software/hardware systems and components
? Responsible for the day-to-day IT operational support including Hardware, Software, Desktop, Laptop, Network, Printers, Telephone and other devices
? Troubleshoot red hat Linux server, cisco phone system, Microsoft dynamic CRM,JDE E1 system problem
? Work closely with IT Manager to design, review and documentation of various technical solutions;
? Guidance, training, supervision, assessment and technical team to improve the technology sector efficiency.
? Establish, regulate and maintain the corporate network applications, network security systems and security environment
? Experience of leading a team in a busy environment and the proven ability to coach and develop staff
? Provide high quality of application and Infrastructure support
? Quick respond for all the IT requirement among Alfa Aesar Asia sites(Korea, China)
? Experience of managing third party technology suppliers and implementing 3rd party software
? Maintain, supervise and communicate with listed Vendors
? Other IT related jobs as needed

Requirements:

? Bachelor Degree in Computer, Information and communication/technology, software engineering and Management information system or related
? At least 4 or 5 years working experience in IT related job in MNCs
? Experience with Oracle JDE Edwards Enterprise one and Microsoft Outlook system is preferred
? JDE E1 report writing is a plus
? Knowledge of Cisco: routers, switch and phone system, file servers and other types of device management and maintenance
? Familiar business processes, good use of IT to optimize business processes, analysis, problem-solving ability
? Have a sense of responsibility, teamwork and innovation, clear thinking, articulate, able to work under pressure
? Excellent of English and Mandarin communication skill
? Quick respond, results oriented and performance driven
? Adaptability , Self-motivated, independent
