● 招聘要求
1、本科以上学历，金融、经济、管理类专业；
2、具有较强的金融理论基础知识和分析能力，熟悉各种分析、建模方法，熟练掌握各种分析工具，文字表达能力强；
3、掌握丰富的信息资源和渠道，熟悉中国各层次金融环境。
4、2年以上证券公司、银行、基金公司、期货公司或其他机构买卖方研究部工作经验。

● 工作职责
1、负责行业、公司、股票及相关领域的分析、预测和判断，包括对某个行业或公司的基本面研究、业绩及发展前景预测、股票估值与定价、提供投资建议；
2、完成相应领域的信息收集、数据与模型整理、研究报告撰写；
3、负责研究团队的管理，项目监控。
4、服务关键客户。
