COST ACCOUNTANT
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Prepare monthly manufacturing costs by product
-Maintain product costing model to reflect current product flows, manufacturing processes, materials consumption, etc.
-Interpret cost data for manufacturing managers and provide feedback, suggestions for improvement, etc.
-Review monthly expense data for accuracy
-Prepare the costing budget and variance analysis
-Act as liaison between Manufacturing and Finance areas
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Accounting/Finance degree and/or applicable experience
-Bachelor's degree above and 3 years working experiences in costing or analysis area
-Must be proactive in identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions
-Strong analytical skills
-Strong ability to work and solve problems independently
-Able to meet strict deadlines and prioritize workload
-Proficient in Microsoft Excel
-Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
