职位职能: Supply Chain Manager

GENERAL SUMMARY:

This role will be responsible for managing the total supply chain material flow from raw materials to finished goods for a rapidly growing division in China. The key function will include the order administration, production master planning, purchasing, import/export and warehouse management.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

1) Responsible for managing the total supply chain material flow from raw materials to finished goods

2) Have overall accountability for order administration, and buyer function.

3) Have overall accountability for import/export and warehouse management.

4) Have overall accountability for raw material sourcing teams to ensure raw material purchasing, supplier management, and production capacity to support customer demands.

5) Work closely with marketing teams and distribution centers located in North America, Europe and Asia to link marketing forecasts to level-loaded production planning and optimum inventory management.

6) Provide coaching and development for direct reports to build the organizational capability of material group.

7) Perform other related duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

1) Bachelor degree or above; preferably in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management or EE engineering degree

2) 6+ years progressive working experiences related to procurement, supply chain management, inventory management, or planning; at least 2 years in management level

3) Knowledge of electronic manufacturing purchasing, material handling practices and control procedures. Ability to negotiate effectively on an international basis.

4) Good command of English both in oral and written is a must.

5) International trade knowledge and commercial laws

6) Proficiency in MS Office software operation and ERP system operation, skilled at Oracle or Kingdee is preferred
