职位描述
职位职能: Strategic Sourcing Manager – Copper 铜原材料
工作地点： 上海or Suzhou
Major Responsibilities:
Responsible for day to day supervision of Copper Raw Material purchasing activities.
Actively seeks improvements, recommends and implements changes where appropriate.
Oversees the processing and maintenance of purchase orders, contracts and proposals for clients and vendors.
Ensures contractual and procedural compliance is maintained throughout the process and contract period.
Co-monitors vendor performance with respective department managers, oversees source development, vendor selection and cost negotiation.
Acts as interdepartmental liaison. Leads and facilitates all bid process.
Performs cost analysis of received proposals.
Prepares comparative analyses of alternative options for management and makes recommendations.
Skills Required
7 years related experience, with 2 years at managerial level.
Ability to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.
Personal attributes should include good personal presentation, strong interpersonal skills, honest and reliable, detail orientated, good team player, skilled at time and workload management, ability to manage teams of staff as well as vendors and ability to deliver on deadlines.
Good command of written and verbal Mandarin and English is essential.
