制造经理岗位职责：
1、 基于安全与质量的制造目标达成；
2、 实施精益生产系统的策划、实施与持续改进，推进生产系统价值流的改善与提升；
3、 基于顾客需求的满足，优化生产排程，合理组织与协调资源，提高时间利用率，提升生产效率；
4、 推进制造技术问题的改进与制造技术更新；
5、 推进现场的作业观察，确保制造活动的标准化有效实施及更新；
6、 控制与持续改进过程质量，使质量体系在生产现场得以实施
7、 确保全数品质保证体系的实施以及产品?工程监查在本区域的落实；
8、 协调资源实施异常的快速处理，并通过对异常的分析实施流程改善以减少异常的重复发生；
9、 推动现场有效益的改善活动与TPM活动，提高过程能力，提升OEE与BTS水平；
10、推动BCP、EHS以及质量管理体系的监控、推进、执行与改善，监控安全隐患，杜绝事故风险；
11、制定员工技能矩阵及培训计划并确保培训的实施，通过员工的日常管理与评价，致力于员工操作技能的不断提升；
12、有效实施公司人力资源管理方面的政策和制度，承担管理员工（包括招聘、培养与发展、业绩管理、员工关系、激励保留等方面）的职责；
13、完成直接上级安排的其它工作。

任职资格：
1、 本科及以上学历,制造专业相关;
2、 4 年以上汽车相关行业制造经验；
3、 具备部门管理经验，有决策、组织协调、督导与培训下属的能力；
4、 敢于承担责任，执行力强；
5、 具备良好的团队领导能力和沟通协调能力；
6、 能够接受挑战及一定压力；
