Main Tasks and Responsibilityes:(PV System Monitorring)
- Securing optimal availability of Photovoltaic plants;
- Active monitoring of functionality of the PV systems;
- Customer call center for monitoring, defect analysis and troubleshooting;
- Coordination of service and maintenance (subcontractor);
- Execution of field service on-site;
- On-site inspection of PV systems;
- Preparation of monthly reports of system functionality for the customer;
- Ensuring flow of information with the customer when problems or delays occur;
Qualification Requirements:
- Technical education in the areas of energy, communication or industrial facility electronics engineer;
- Knowledge of network engineering;
- Experience in customer service;
- Willingness to assume weekend and holiday shifts;
- Knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word);
- Customer- and problem-oriented style of work;
- Proactive work style and enjoyment of close customer cooperation;
