JobSummary:

The Web Customer Service Specialist is focused on deliver an excellent online customer experience to the users of Future China website through close collaboration with other functions within the business. The web users can be either existing Future customers or potential target customers. The responsibility of the web customer service specialist covers the entire online customer journey including both pre-sales and post-sales activities.

Scope of Responsibility

· Responsible for handling online customer inquiries and complaints such as web function related questions, product search inquiries, purchasing procedure and web trouble shootings.

· Responsible for qualifying, assigning and tracking business leads from web according to the procedure ad policy.

· Capable of using company tools to support and serve web customers via email, hotline, CRM, Live Chat, etc.

· Responsible for post-sales follow-up for web orders such as invoicing, order tracking, goods return, order cancellation, order change, refund, etc, through close collaboration with relevant departments.

· Responsible for collecting customers feedback and complaints on web journey and preparing reports/analysis accordingly for management review

· Any other job related projects/ duties assigned by the Supervisor or Manager

Qualifications

· College degree or above is required

· 1 year experience in a customer service capacity or equivalent

· Working experience in electronics industry is preferred

· Electronics engineering education background is preferred

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications

· Good oral and written communication skill in Chinese

· Good written English skills

· Pleasant and patient personality with excellent service mindset

· Good working attitude and self-motive
