要求 JOB REQUIREMENTS/COMPETENCIES：
1. Good at writing and reading English, Fluency in oral English is a plus.
英语读写熟练，口语流利者优先。
2. An associate diplomais necessary, Bachelor degree is a plus.
大专文凭以上，本科更好。
3. Mechanical Engineering/chemical/industrial engineeretc.
与机械/化学/工业工程等相关的专业。
4. More than 2 years working experience in quality site is requirement, and more than 1 year in manufacturing site is essential condition.
超过2年以上的质量工作经验,同时必须具备1年以上的制造生产现场质量控制的经验。
5. With aTS16949 internal auditor certification is a plus.
有TS16949内审员资格的优先。
6. Familiar with quality system TS16949 and relevant tools.（APQP、PPAP、MSA、SPC、FMEA、CP、8D etc.）.
熟悉TS16949质量体系和相关工具（APQP、PPAP、MSA、SPC、FMEA、CP、8D etc.）。
7. Familiar with test lab and relevant spec, metrology management experience.
熟悉实验室和相关测试规范,具有量具管理的知识或经验。
8. Ability in technical analysis and issues solving.Especially in KANBAN management in manufacturing site and efficiency of 8D report
技术分析和解决问题的能力,侧重在制造生产现场的看板管理/8D报告的有效应用。
9. Familiar with metal frame, plastic and trim cover, assembly production line working environment.
熟悉金属骨架，塑料件和面套，组装生产线环境，作业流程。
10. Experience for Project quality management is necessary, BMW program or product is a plus.
必须具备项目质量管理经验，有BMW项目或产品经验的优先。
11. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and tasks.
操作多个任务和项目的能力。
12. Good communication skill with customer and other department, good teamwork.

13. Ability to travel.

14. Good at Microsoft office(work/excel/ppt).

职责 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES：
1. Work with development engineer to determine the key product and process characteristics, and find how best to measure them.
和开发工程师一起定义关键的产品和过程参数，策划最优化测量方案。
2. Prepare the product inspection and test plan and control the actual process.
准备产品检验和实验计划，并监控实施过程。
3. Call the team to evaluate the product and process, solve the quality issues.
组织小组评估产品和过程，解决质量问题。
4. Work with customer for quality activity, new program PFMEA、control plan, issues solving etc.
参与客户的质量活动，新项目PFMEA、控制计划，问题解决等。
5. Continuous improvement (Involved in proactively reducing variation and eliminating defects using tools such as Six Sigma and Lean manufacturing.)
持续改善 （使用6 Sigma，精益生产等工具主动减少变差和消除缺陷）。
6. Train quality technician or operator in new inspection and test spec.
培训质量人员或操作工新的检验和测试规范。
7. Responsible for submitting PPAP document to customer, make sure the product/process audited by customer get passed on time.
负责整理完成PPAP资料给客户，确保客户对项目的产品/过程审核准时地顺利通过。
8. Other tasks from supervisor/manager.
主管交代的其他任务。
