任职要求 JOB REQUIREMENTS/COMPETENCIES：
1、An associate diplomais necessary, Bachelor degree is a plus.
大专毕业或同等以上学历。
2、Mechanical Engineering/ automobile /mould engineeretc.
机械、汽车、模具设计类专业。
3、Good at writing and reading English, Fluency in oral English is a plus.
英语读写熟练，口语流利者优先。
4、Vehicle or mold with a minimum of one years experience or above experiences of product development.
至少有一年以上汽车行业相关工作经验。
5、Be familiar with PPAP, APQP.
熟悉PPAP、APQP基础知识。
6. Good at graphic software, UG, AutoCAD, CATIA,etc.
能熟练运用通用图形软件进行图纸评审，如UG、AutoCAD、CATIA等。
7. Be familiar with the Microsoft software:word,excel,powerpoint,project,etc.
熟练使用办公软件。
8、Creativity, teamwork, knowledge, activity, ability of organization, strong written and oral communication skill, team spirit, pressure tolerant.
革新创造力，与他人合作能力，工作知识，主观能动性，计划和组织能力，书面和口头交流，具有团队精神, 能承受一定工作压力。
职责 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES：
1．Work on new product development and drive the continuous improvement of series product engineering.
致力于新产品的产品开发及量产产品工程的持续改进；
2．According to RFQ analyse product information,including weight,component,manufacture feasibility,BOM etc.
根据业务部门提供的报价信息分析产品，包括重量、分零件、制造可行性、BOM等；
3．Prototyping and engineering samples build.
手工样件和工程样品制作
1. Design component and drawing.
分零件设计及出图
2. Implementation of engineering change
设计变更提出及执行；
3. Draw up product Process Flow Chart and FMEA.
负责产品过程设计与潜在失效模式分析；
4. Track program schedule,and to make daily work planning.
负责跟踪项目小组工作进度，并制定每日工作计划，每周汇报工作进度；
5. Responsible for TS16949 standard related management, ensure the effective operating of the system, and constantly perfect the system relevant procedures and applications.
承担公司TS16949标准要求的管理责任，确保体系的有效运行，并不断在部门内完善体系中的相关程序及其应用。
6. Other assignment from line leadership.
