Requirements:
3 years+retail training experience,experience in optical industry is preferred
Bachelor degree,major in optometry is preferred
Excellent communication and training skill
Good written skill both in Chinese and English
Good at MS office (Word,Excel,PPT)
Proficient in English is preferred
Flexible to facilitate training with high frequency

Job Description:
Facilitate routine training which includes store staff on-board training and development training that covers product training,selling skills training and operation training.
Support to design the training course and make training PPT based on the training purpose and actual needs.
Write the trainee manual according to the training content.
Assist in other training project,such as E-learning.
