职位描述
Main Responsibility:
Provide technical leadership to coordinate implementation of advanced quality processes including statistically based variation reduction, control planning, mistake proofing, and Manufacturing Process Control (MPC).
Evaluate prospective supplier Quality Systems and capability using TKEC EQ common assessment and six sigma methodologies
Evaluate procedures for compliance to contractual and regulatory requirements (including international regulation coordination issues)
Monitor supplier Quality metrics associated with supplier capability, trends and related production improvement efforts-i.e PPM, OTD, Parts Reliability, etc
Responsible for quality assurance processes including, but not limited to New Parts Approval Process (NPAP), Production Parts Approval Process (PPAP), First Article Inspection Requirements (FAIR), Self Release/Source Delegation and product/process audits.
Responsible for training and deployment of Manufacturing Process Control, variation reduction, quality requirement compliance, Six Sigma, and other TKEC sponsored supplier initiatives.
Job Requirement:
Bachelor degree and above with 3+ years of related experience
Experience with and knowledge of manufacturing and inspection practices and techniques in the Elevator industries.
Strong understanding of Quality engineering practices applicable to the manufacture of Elevator products including customer and industry standards and codes.
Familiarity with Quality Systems (e.g., AS9100, ISO 9001, etc.), Lean Manufacturing, Manufacturing Process Control, Six Sigma, Geometric Dimensioning and Toleancing, and Root Cause Corrective Actions (RCCA)
Demonstrated technical knowledge, strong leadership and interpersonal skills and a team player
Outstanding PC, written and verbal communication skills.
