POSITION:

Supervisor, Documentation (Jiading, Sandvik Mining)



SCOPE:



Responsible for managing documentation function for Mining products in Jiading PDC. Direct activities in leading the creation of the new operators, maintenance and service & repair manuals as well as parts manuals. Working as a team superior and ensuring Sandvik core values are complied in documentation work. Main responsibility is to ensure on-time delivery of high quality, safe and value-adding technical documentation.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES



· Strong focus on safety is a must, in planning and implementing technical documentation activities and processes in line with Sandvik's EHS policies, procedures and objective at all times.

· Manage documentation creation to support Sandvik business, product safety and related functions.

· Forecast and manage documentation team workload.

· Track, develop and report documentation performance including but not limited to documentation quality, safety related issues and cost efficiency

· Implement documentation process and tool development as defined in Sandvik Mining level

· Represent documentation team in local PDC level forums and establish transparent communication ways between organizational stakeholders

· Manage relations to local suppliers of documentation related services.

· Assist local Operations Manager in documentation related issues
