岗位职责：
1、负责公司内部的人才招聘工作；
2、对网络招聘渠道实施规划、开发、维护和拓展，确保能有效满足公司的用人需求；
3、撰写、发布职位需求信息，做好公司形象宣传；
4、搜集简历，对简历进行分类、筛选；
5、通知面试，接待应聘人员，聘前测试、对应聘者进行初步面试考核，并出具综合评价意见；
6、应聘人员资料库的建立和维护；
7、背景调查、信息确认等工作
任职资格：
1、大专及以上学历，人力资源管理相关专业优先；
2、一年以上工作经验，曾从事招聘工作者优先；
3、熟悉网络渠道，且运用自如；
4、具备良好的沟通表达能力、执行力、应变能力、协调能力；
5、品行端正，原则性、自制力强；
6、工作积极主动，能承受一定压力。Job responsibilities:

Qualification:
1, college degree or above, human resources management related major is preferred;
2, more than a year of work experience, had been engaged in the recruitment is a plus;
3, familiar with the network channels, and use;
4, have good communication skills, executive ability, coordination ability, strain capacity;
5, good conduct, principled, strong self-control;
6, active, can bear certain work pressure.
