职位描述
The purpose of this role is to:
? Leading the quality department to ensure that all the plant’s raw materials and finished products conform to technical specifications, perform reliably, meet internal and external quality standards and comply with all relevant regulations, licenses, and certifications.
General Functions and tasks
? Establish operating budgets; monitor the cost, effectiveness, and reliability of quality activities to optimize resources, prioritize spending, and ensure that targets and standards are met.
? Evaluate the results of quality activities and prepare recommendations for executives about significant changes that need to be made to the manufacturing processes, systems, technology, raw materials or vendors.
? Liaise with functional and operational area managers to develop schedules, project plans, and cost estimates for implementing new activities, procedures, or methods to improve the quality and performance of the organization’s products.
? Liaise with external suppliers to ensure that their products meet the organization’s quality standards and that the organization receives satisfactory standards of service.
? Lead, evaluate and develop a team of quality professionals to ensure that quality activities meet established targets and standards.
Role Requirements
? University degree, more than 10 year’s hands-on experience in quality management in automotive industry.
? Familiar with core quality tools and systems, such as APQP, PPAP, TS16949 etc. , strong problem solving skills
? Familiar with Quality function deployment
? Experienced in supervision of professional workforce
? Attention to details, team player, self starter, ability to work independently.
? Good command of English and high level of computer literacy.
? Be willing to work in Changsha.
