1.Production Management
Day to Day Factory Management, ensuring production lines are working correctly, functioning optimally and documented properly
Ensuring changeovers are correctly implemented and done quickly and efficiently.
Working on Gantt charts to keep an overview of the production schedule based on customer orders
Continual Improvement of production lines from the perspective of, efficiency, reducing waste and maintaining quality
2.Quality Management
Ensuring Production is happening according to the specified Control Plans and Maintaining Quality Requirements
Continually Improving Quality and Coming up with Plans and Systems to reduce production defects
Working with Suppliers to Ensure Quality Product is Delivered to the Facility on time
Ensuring customer complaints and concerns are dealt with and reported properly
Ensuring materials are signed off correctly by the Quality Department before used in production.
3.Staff Supervision
Supervising Production Staff ensuring they are working correctly.
Dealing with Over-Time requests and ensuring there are enough staff members to work on the production lines
Ensuring the training and supervision of all direct reports (High Skilled / Low Skilled)
4.Documentation
Work with the Quality Department to manage APQP and Control Plans
Maintain and Create the Production System Documentation and Plans

Requirements
2/3 Years Experience in a Production Environment
Strong Computer Skills (Office Package as well as Project Management Software)
Excellent Communication and Teaching Skills
Technical/Engineering Background
Good Level of English, both Spoken and Written
