Our client now is looking for a IT system support engineer
IT系统支持工程师
工作职责
1、为公司现有IT系统提供技术支持，提供用户培训，解决用户问题，按照用户需要进行数据查询及导出。
2、对公司IT系统进行系统维护，包括系统升级，数据库备份，服务器维护等。
3、分析用户部门的IT问题，提供解决方案。
4、了解和分析业务部门需要，协助业务部门建立新的IT系统。
任职资格
1、 计算机或其它相关专业毕业，大学本科以上学历, 三年以上IT工作经验。
2、 精通Windows系统或者Linux系统，熟练使用批处理及脚本语言。
3、 熟悉Oracle ,SQL Server数据库，熟练使用SQL语言。
4、 了解常用的软件开发工具，能进行开发及修改。
5、 较强的表达和交流能力，责任心强。
6、 良好的英语沟通和表达能力。
7、 有零售行业或者财务系统开发和支持经验者优先。

Job Description
1. Support existing IT systems, train users and help users solve their problem, query and extract data from database.
2. Daily maintenance of IT systems, such as applications upgrading, database backup, server maintenance.
3. Help users solve their IT problem.
4. Understand and analyze user's requirements and help them build new IT systems.
Requirement
1. Above 3 years working experience in IT support or software development.
2. Master windows and Linux management ,can use batch script to do automatic jobs.
3. Master Oracle or SQL server database, skillfully code SQL statement to extract data.
4. Experiences in application development are preferred.
5. Good communication ability and high responsibility.
6. Good communication and express ability in English.
7. Retail related system development and support experiences are preferred
