Position Summary:
? Provide BS & sales team with training program on products, sales techniques, customer service and personal grooming to increase the company sales in line with training strategy
? 配合公司的培训战略,协助全国培训工作,安排为美容销售团队提供培训课程,同时对美容顾问开展培训,包括产品、销售技巧、顾客服务和个人护理等,以提升公司的销售额。

To conduct 5 days training session, 2 times each month, let the new beauty consultant to know well about the basic products knowledge, selling skills, service process.
每月完成2次,每次5天的培训课程,让新的美容顾问了解基本的产品知识,销售技巧,服务流程。
To do assessment for each new beauty consultant after the training course and report to the sales team .
为每一个新的美容顾问做评估的培训课程并报告给销售团队后
To Follow up the regional trainers to do coaching consistently for New BA in field, after 2 weeks, collecting the reports related to the new BS performance.
跟进区域老师完成专柜后期辅导跟进工作,2周后,收集跟进回馈报告
To plan and control the training budget: transportation cost, accommodation cost, ect.
计划和控制培训预算:交通费用,住宿费,等

岗位需求:
- At least 2y related working experience in retail industry, cosmetics industry is a plus.
- 最少2年零售业相关工作经历,具有化妆品行业工作经验者优先。
- Min. high school graduation, familiar with cosmetic sales and training industry & has some training expeirence;
- 大专以上学历,熟悉高端化妆品销售或培训行业并有一定培训经验;
- Familiar with cosmetic sales model and skills, excellent communication and customer service skills
- 熟悉化妆品销售模式及技巧, 良好的沟通能力以及客户服务技巧;
- Fluent Mandarin with pronounce correctly
- 流利的普通话,发音准确
- Good team work skill
- 良好的团队合作技巧;
- Excellent PPT skill
- 优秀的PPT演示技巧;
- Good presentation skill
- 强大的表达能力;
