Position Overview

Be responsible for China order management, customer service, complaint & claim and support Sales to accomplish team goal.

Responsibilities

1. Order intake and placement process –
？ Build Customer Profiles and keep updating
？ Order processing and tracking
？ Return order processing and tracking

2. Customer Service -
？ Maintain good solid relationships with customers.
？ Provide file information support and sample support according to customer request.
？ Keep close communication with customers and follow up all the complaints.

3. Daily communication with POS–
？ Communicate with POS about the sell-through and stock.
？ Follow up the complaint from POS and lose
？ Coordinate with all the deduct payment and compensation.

4. File Management–
？ Follow up on all the customer files and keep systematic management.

5. Sample Management –
？ Responsible for all the samples in the office and all the sample shipment.

6. AR Issues
？ Assist the sales manager and accounting team for related AR issues.

7. Basic Report
？ Assist the sales manager and leader to make basic report for necessary needs.

8. Communication
？ Assist the communication with Product team and Marketing team to help product launching and promotion.
？ Assist the communication with Operation team, Logistic team and Accounting team to help the daily sales activities.

Education and Experience

1. At least Bachelor degree.
2. Good in written English
3. Good oral English (preferential)
4. Two to three years relevant working experience is a plus.
