We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our international team at a foreign-owned start-up company. This person will be responsible for client-servicing a multi-national corporation with 8000+ employees in China.

Main responsibilities:
1.Responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables and revenue.
2.Reviews all major deliverables (i.e. strategic brief, budget, scope, timeline etc.) to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met.
3.Communicates the client's goals and represent the client's interests to the team.
4.Owns the contract and contract renewals for new work for an existing client.
5.Works closely with the project team in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of project status in order to identify potential issues and/or opportunities within or related to the project.
6.Manage suppliers and vendors in a professional manner and maintain positive cooperation.
7.Approves Change Orders and invoices, and is responsible for payment collections.
8.Feedback to sales, marketing and product team on findings in regular basis
9.Ensures that all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met, and that projects are profitable.
10.Provides regular two-way communication between the client and team, to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations.
11.Understanding of company capabilities and service, and effectively communicates all offerings to the client.
12.Reports to the CEO, providing regular input on all account activity, including status and call reports on a regular basis.
13.Plan and execute health events, workshops, programs for client. (work with internal or external health specialists and coaches)

Typical events: Health seminars, Health and wellness workshops, corporate wellness day, health fair, fitness competitions, Mini-marathon, etc.
Typical programs: Office Wellness Moment; Smoking Cessation, Weight management,
Stress management, Walking challenge, etc.

Requirements:
1.Passionate about health and wellness; high sensibility on environment and sustainability
2.Motivated, goal oriented, persistent and a skilled negotiator
3.Strong inter-personal skills and communication skill
4.Excellent written and oral communication skills
5.Handles stressful situations and deadline pressures well
6.Positive energy and able to deliver results handle stress
7.High integrity in delivering results
8.Comfortable working in multi culture environment
9.Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality project, program or event management
10.Bachelor’s degree or above
11.Knowledge in healthcare is a plus
12.Fluent in both Chinese English is a must. Other languages will be a plus

Job location: Based in Shanghai, Hongqiao area, subway line 2 Song Hong Lu Station

6.以专业的方式联络供应商和卖方，保持良性合作

7.审核订单变更和发票，跟进催收

8.定期向团队反馈销售，市场，产品的更新

9.确保所有进程和程序是完整的，标准和质量都符合客户的要求，同时项目是有利润的

10.在团队和客户之间建立双向沟通，提供清晰有效的陈述和设置恰当的客户预期

11.了解公司的规模和服务，与客户进行各种有效的沟通

12.直接报告给CEO, 定期输入所有的活动，包括活动状态和定期电话报告

13.计划和执行项目，健康活动，专题讨论（与内部和外部的专家和教练一起）


典型的活动：健康研讨会，健康学习班，企业健康日，健康用品特卖，健身比赛，迷你马拉松，等等

典型的项目：办公室轻松一刻，戒烟，体重管理，压力管理，步行挑战等等
