Role:
- This role should be a highly motivated individual with experience and a passion for designing and implementing Pepsi brand's social content strategy, creating relevant social quick strike and to take lead on community engagement and KOL management.
Accountabilities:
- Social content strategy and development;
- Holistic planning and implementation of daily content across PepsiCo owned platforms;
- Global content adaptation and leverage for local amplification;
- Proactive and creative mindset of creating disruptive social buzz;
- Ability to demonstrate why ideas are both creatively viral and also analytically doable;
- Ability to judge and prioritize for a balanced and healthy content spectrum;
- KOL management and community growth;
- Owner of KOLs from owned; earned; paid channels and establish database;
- Categorize KOLs by purposes by loyalty by incentive by content format;
- Initiate KOL engagement program;
- Leader of PepsiCo social communities and enable conversation with fans;
- Work with agencies/f freelancers for interactivities in communities. E.g. H5 games, topical buzz stirring;
- ePR monitoring and seeding;
- Discretion to identify threats and opportunities from UGC and ability to transform buzz to brand advantage;
- Take lead on ePR article seeding and clipping for internal sharing;
- Buzz listening and ROI measurement;
- Work with insight team for monthly listening report and input for POV improvised;
- Develop and execute on an effective ROI model for both retainer social agency and KOL program;
- Brand passion and "always on" mindset;
- Proactivness of content planning and eagerness to learn more;
- Community growth and KOL developments by statistic result;
- To be the social evangelist for both internal and external;
- Solid relationship with working partners and creditable management skills.
Requirements:
- Literacy in both spoken & written Chinese is a must;
- Good English in both oral and written;
- Bachelor degree or above, in Marketing is plus;
- Minimum 3 years working experience in trade marketing in multi-national company;
- Experience in dealing with e-customers is preferred;
- Good at Power Point, Excel, Photoshop;
- Great passion for new and creative trends and always being cutting edge;
- Effective communication and influencing skill;
- Open and optimistic with entrepreneurship;
- Can work under pressure.
