Specifically, eBay Great China enables global trading by providing the leading cross-border online platforms in the largest export-driven economy China. China Hard Goods Marketplace Development team is based in Shanghai and with operations in Shenzhen and Hong Kong, taking full responsibility of CN revenue target from electronics and parts & accessories verticals by designing and executing end-to-end initiatives and solutions on generating local market awareness, driving local seller acquisition and activation as well as growing trading activities in a dynamic global eBay online marketplace.
Specific Responsibilities
? Manage 150-250 eBay power sellers in China, responsible for solving their day-to-day issues and requests
? Closely monitor the managed sellers’ performance on item quality, policy compliance, trading behaviors, shipping efficiency, and sales trend.
? Drive sustainable business growth for high quality China sellers and help to maintain a healthy power seller community
? Support high performing sellers to become trustworthy top sellers and promote them to the top sellers club
? Build and maintain rapport with the power sellers, provide education on selling skills, best trading practices, business strategy, etc.
Experience and Qualification
? Bachelor degree or higher in Business, Economics, Management or related is preferred
? 2+ years working experience in customer service, account management, or sales related positions
? Experience in e-commerce, online trading, Internet, import and export, logistics is highly preferred
? Fluency in Mandarin and English, Cantonese is a plus

? Self-disciplined and able to learn and work with minimal supervision
