Responsibilities:
1. Managing the interface to PE, OH, plants and sales
2. Interdisciplinary coordination of all questions and issues concerning the specified customer
3. Contact person for commercial issues
4. Evaluate requests from the customer and define the correct route into the organisation
5. First advice of customer on product &plant options in our portfolio
6. Provide input/ information to the AM/KAM for a customer meeting and be the host if AM/KAM is not available
7. Prepare calculations and submit quote to the customer according to the defined rules in the quoting process(quote should consider the price level agreed with customer or AM/KAM)
8. Give input to the monthly/quarterly quotation analysis
9. Is responsible for the accuracy of the system base data (e.g. customer master, customer main group etc.)
10. Track overdue invoices, communicate status
11. Continuous improvement of process landscape not only in sales service
12. Coordinate the agenda of customer visits and meetings
13. Independent handling of identified customers(must be defined by the KAM/Segment Manager)
14. S&C S will support to solve all customer issues pending in the plant
15. Support function of S&C S(Lead has AM/KAM)
- Escalations on delivery times
- Collect customer feedback
- Credit limit request
- Clarification of reasons for overdue invoicesRequirements:

1. Computer and MS office Knowledge
2. Commercial experience
3. Technical understanding
4. Customer service oriented
5. Proficiency of reading and writing in English
6. Good communication & social skills
7. SAP knowledge as plus
8. Able to work under pressure and team oriented.
