This is a basic position, the interview will be arranged in June.

1. Maintain journal registration form in both English and Chinese for Foreign Invested Companies to be reviewed by finance manager on monthly basis; (Chinese version is required by local audit/tax office for complete accounting documentation purposes);

2. Prepare PRC tax filings for Foreign Invested Companies;

3. File VAT receipts and also produce VAT inputs report for month-end VAT deduction

4. Review employee claims submitted for manager’s approval, coordinate with employee to make sure that the format of all claims are consistent;

5. Other jobs assigned by Accounting Manager.


Requirements：
？Education: bachelor degree in accounting/finance;
？Working experience: 1-year working experience in a similar role; fresh graduates are welcomed
？Good Microsoft Excel skills;
？Good knowledge of Kingdee and Yongyou is a plus;
？Fluent in written and oral English and Chinese.
