POSITION:
Be responsible for general ledger accounting activities and perform

FUNCTIONS:
1.Be responsible for general ledger accounting, such as tax (CIT/VAT/BT), amortization/depreciation, accruals, accounts reconciliation, etc.
2. Assist team leader or lead process/system improvement projects;
3. Assist team leader on monthly closing, ensure timely closing and deliver accurate financial report in compliance;
4. Be responsible for financial statement review and analysis;
5. Assist in annual audit process, cooperate and coordinate with internal as well as external auditor.
6. Be responsible for Fapiao Management.
7. Be responsible for accounting records filing, and Company’s certificates filing as well.
8. Other ad hoc projects where necessary.

REQUIREMENTS
1. 5 years working experience in a multinational company. At least 3 year’s specialized in GL accounting.
2. Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting or other relevant subjects.
3. Fluency in Mandarin and English.
4. Knowledge of IFRS, PRC Accounting Principles and Chinese Tax Regulations.
5. Experience with Financial/Accounting process improvement.
6. Accountant’s Qualification Certificate is required, intermediate Accountant Certificate is a plus.
7. Good team player.


OTHER KNOWLEDGE:
Advanced PC skill and MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
Familiar with accounting software, esp. UFIDA (Yongyou) U8
