- - Manage the art storage room by taking inventory, ordering needed materials, and organizing the room.

- A- Assist with classroom prep, observation, and instruction on an as needed bases. This is especially vital during CIE preparations and examinations.

- A b- A broad working knowledge of art and design practices with experience in general processes and studio operations.
- Ability to work independently, completing job duties, projects, and assignments with minimal supervision.
- A high level of interpersonal and human relations skills; ability to work as a team member and to interact appropriately with a wide variety of personality types.
- Excellent organizational skills; the ability to methodically plan and perform; ability to demonstrate a systematic approach to carrying out assignments.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing; ability to articulate clearly and concisely to all constituents.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to complete necessary training as required to carry out the duties and responsibilities of the position.
- Ability to present a professional image.
